About Us
Christina Magruder established Design Elements in 2001. Over the years, we have completed over 400 projects. These projects have been completed in several areas in Southeast Iowa. Our main focus is on spec homes, ranch, single family and multi-family homes.
Ultimately our goal is to create high quality homes, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of plans to custome designs.

Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process from at least one of our highly skilled architects.

To ensure our client’s needs are satisfied we constantly invite our clients to participate and provide input during the design process. After all it’s our job to make our client’s dream a reality.

Creativity is achieved through a combination of our architectural collective, as well as the input obtained through brainstorming sessions with the client.
